Sr. Platform Engineer (Colombia)

Job Overview

Aha! is seeking a Sr. Platform Engineer to support the engineering team by developing abstractions, frameworks, and tools that help build the product.

Responsibilities

• Build developer tooling such as CI pipelines, local and staging environments, and helpful CLI tools.
• Assist the SRE team in building monitoring and observability pipelines.
• Develop infrastructure services used by product developers, including reference architectures in the main Rails app.
• Write and maintain production runbooks and operations documentation.
• Consult with application developers on performance optimization or scaling challenges.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience working in Ruby on Rails.
• Experience managing AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Experience with containerization and build systems.
• Ability to produce fast, efficient, and reliable services.
