PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• The Candidate should have basic technical & design knowledge about PHE services for various buildings like Residential Towers, Offices & Commercial, shopping malls, Hospitals, and Hotels.

• The candidate must have good knowledge in GCC Projects specific BIM process, Standards & Methodology.

• The Candidate should have basic Technical Knowledge and working experience on other M services including Electrical & ELV, HVAC & FPS to have better coordination with all Building Services

• Modeler should work in coordination with other team members and team lead for all project.

• The candidate must have MEP design orientated BIM Modeling.

• The candidate must have good knowledge in GFC/IFC drawings, Contractor shop drawings, Fabrication drawings & As built drawing preparation and incoordination other building services from LOD 300 to LOD 400
