Job Description

**Description:** This position will provide time and attendance support to employees within assigned Lockheed Martin Business Units, as well as general payroll support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Customer service by responding to employee inquiries via various sources such as resource email accounts, help desk, phone calls and employee inquiries to the Lockheed Martin Employee Service Center.
-Support will entail administration within various time recording systems
-Performing time adjustments in LM People
-Maintaining holiday schedules
-Prorating holiday hour entitlements and weekly Gate Waiver exceptions
-System training and testing when system changes occur
-Weekly reporting and audit support
-Complete required tasks independently
