Overview

The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for managing the relationship with the 3PL provider of the Footlocker distribution facility. The role will ensure the 3PL drives improvement in operational efficiencies, cost control, safety, team member utilization, production, quality, and adherence to operational procedures. The position will manage the contractual agreement with the 3PL in partnership with legal to achieve all agreement requirements. This role is located onsite in the Milton, Canada facility.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively monitor day-to-day operations of the 3PL to ensure excellent performance in safety, quality, service, and cost per the agreement.
  • Determine and implement short- and long-term objectives for the 3PL based on goals set by the VP of Supply Chain.
