Job Summary

The Sr Operational Excellence Manager will lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across BD BOC Juarez to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and sustain a comprehensive Operational Excellence strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring measurable results and sustainable gains.
• Mentor, coach, and train employees at all levels on Operational Excellence methodologies, tools, and principles (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, DMAIC).
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality improvement across various departments, including manufacturing, supply chain, and administrative functions.
