Job Description
The Senior Network Operations Engineer will be joining as a key member of our Follow the sun Network Operations Control Center (NOCC) team, providing crucial support for CME's network infrastructure through monitoring, troubleshooting and change implementation using industry standards and best practices.
The Senior Network Operations Engineer will ensure the ongoing operation of service to end users & customers by ensuring that service is operated within agreed service levels, and in alignment to agreed policies, processes, and standards. The role will be key to ensuring the overall platform stability and its sustained delivery to clients and internal stakeholders.
