Job Description
We are seeking an Onsite IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician for freelance-based contractual assignments in your local area. You will be compensated hourly, half-day, or depending on the task. Tickets will be assigned based on proximity and can be accepted according to your availability (weekdays/weekends).
Assignments will involve L1 & L2 IT/Network support including desktop troubleshooting, server/rack components (e.g., HDDs) installation/replacement, and on-site support such as console access for routers, switches, firewalls, etc., under guidance from remote teams.
**Required Skills**:
Proven experience in desktop system administration, customer service, incident/change/release management, and support for third-party apps on Windows platforms
Formally trained and certified in Windows Server Admin and ITIL, with strong skills in using programming techniques for internal support tasks
Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, subnetting, and resolving LAN/WLANandE...
