Job Description
Network Operations
- Monitor network performance and availability using standard tools.
- Respond to alerts and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
- Perform routine health checks and maintenance activities.
- Response to Network request & Incident as Level 3 support.
Troubleshooting & Support
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (DC Network LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Escalate complex problems to Senior Manager as needed.
- Provide support & assist to team & end users
Configuration & Implementation
- Assist in configuration in routers, switches and load balancers.
- Support network changes following approved change management processes..
Compliance & Security
- Apply security policies (e.g., access control, firmware patching).
- Participate in vulnerability remediation activities..
