Job Description

Network Operations

  • Monitor network performance and availability using standard tools.
  • Respond to alerts and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Perform routine health checks and maintenance activities.
  • Response to Network request & Incident as Level 3 support.

Troubleshooting & Support

  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (DC Network LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
  • Escalate complex problems to Senior Manager as needed.
  • Provide support & assist to team & end users

Configuration & Implementation

  • Assist in configuration in routers, switches and load balancers.
  • Support network changes following approved change management processes..

Compliance & Security

  • Apply security policies (e.g., access control, firmware patching).
  • Participate in vulnerability remediation activities..
