Job Description
Work Set-up: Hybrid set-up (2-3x RTO per week in Alabang office); Day shift
Contract Duration: Initial duration of 6-12 months with possibility of extension or absorption
Responsibilities
Perform new and current design assessment with the customer and business requirements into a network solution
Design standard sets of LAN and WAN Models with High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD)
Installation of the equipment with setup in coordination with the operator(s) and local teams
Participate to all the required tests such as failover, validate internet breakout, functionality of existing network devices such as firewall and optimization tools
Lead Network Fault and Incident Management as needed for Escalations of critical network outages and complex network issues
Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency and life cycle over the network, while providing monthly reports on activity, quality and performance of this network
