Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience working in Desktop, Laptop, and Workstation hardware support.
  • PC hardware assembly and repair.
  • System assembly and integration.
  • BIOS and firmware configuration.
  • Operating System (Windows) installation and validation.
  • Hardware troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Hardware validation and compatibility testing.
  • Knowledge of computer components (CPU, RAM, SSD/HDD, Motherboard, GPU, Power Supply).
  • Understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials) and system configuration.
  • Basic networking knowledge.
  • Lab equipment handling and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) awareness.
  • Inventory and hardware asset management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced engineering/manufacturing environment.
