Manages the operation and continual improvement of quality and reliability activities, initiatives, and staff.; manages a team of quality and reliability engineers, technicians, and first-line supervisors.
**Job Requirements**
+ Approving department projects including the creation project milestones. Reviewing project stage gates and proposals.
+ Developing market strategy roadmap, setting and tracking KPI metrics and ensuring cross-alignment prior to cascading it down to the team; planning all resources (budget responsibilities, headcount) and schedules for functional and quality performance work.
