The AQE Leader (Sr. Manager) oversees global new product introduction for DDN, driving APQP from program start through PPAP, Safe Launch, and ECNs. Acts as liaison between Engineering, Plants, and cross-functional teams to ensure launch excellence. Requires deep knowledge of design, manufacturing, DFMEA/PFMEA, and customer applications.
