This role is responsible for designing and developing manufacturing processes, tools, fixtures, and related equipment for Power Cable Assembly manufacturing in alignment with project schedules. The objective is to ensure that the entire manufacturing process is competitive, cost-effective, and meets quality targets, under the guidance of the department and project managers.
