Implements manufacturing techniques, processes, tools, and machinery to maximize throughput; performs research on products and manufacturing processes and shares the same with senior engineers.
**Job Requirements**
+ • Own DFM, PFMEA to optimize product/process/tooling design to realizes sample making and mass production.• Responsible for plating cost estimations, including line speed, precious metal usage, tooling type & investment, etc. • Ensure plating tool and process is designed to be capable of producing good quality products efficiently at lowest possible cost and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.• Introduce and evaluate new technology...
