• Lead a manufacturing site to deliver product quality, operational excellence, and a culture focused on patient safety.
• Drive the combined Quality and GOSC strategies to deliver measurable results.
• Interact with and influence leaders across multiple teams (Core Quality, OUs, and GOSC).
• Oversee development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
