Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer

This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture. Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional growth and development. Attending project kick-off meetings and understand the project scope and requirements. Reviewing the project specification and ensure compliance for the list of deliverables. Leading the design review and 30%, 60% & 90% 3D model reviews to get approvals on the design. Coordination and attending meetings with end user and the PMC team for resolving the mechanical & piping related issues. Attending the punch points and supporting the closure of project.
