Main Tasks
Drive process efficiency by optimizing dies, tooling, and stamping processes to ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with production standards.Operate and optimize manufacturing equipment, including deep drawing (can forming), stamping, progressive presses, blanking/punching, welding, assembly, and seaming.Implement SMED methodology to reduce changeover time and eliminate downtime.Lead tooling design improvements and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to extend tool life and improve process robustness.Analyze and optimize process parameters to maximize productivity and minimize scrap, waste, and cost.Manage new die and process projects, from fabrication through commissioning, ensuring timelines and budget adherence.Ensure quality compliance by validating stamped components against dimensional and regulatory requirements in collaboration with...
