Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on TA leader who can own end-to-end recruitment while managing core HR operations in a growing IT Services and Product organization. This role requires strategic thinking, execution capability, and strong senior stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end recruitment , remaining personally involved in critical, niche, and senior technical hires .
Lead and manage a Talent Acquisition team , ensuring delivery, quality, and closures.
Handle technical hiring across services and product teams.
Manage recruitment vendors and staffing partners .
Partner with senior leadership and business heads on hiring plans and talent strategy.
Oversee HR operations including onboarding, documentation, employee lifecycle processes, and exits.
Ensure smooth coordination for payroll, HRMS, compliance, and policy adherence .
Act as a trusted point of contact for HR operational and people matters .
