The Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations plays a critical role in enabling a high-performing, efficient, and scalable hiring function across the organization. This role focuses on optimizing TA processes, systems, and data insights to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate will help drive operational excellence, lead transformation initiatives, and ensure alignment between TA strategies and business needs in a dynamic, global healthcare environment.

Location: Bogotá Distrito Capital, Colombia or Raynham, MA, WestChester, PA, Raritan, NJ, PalmBeach Gardens, FL, or Warsaw, IN. The position is available across multiple countries and may be posted under different requisition numbers to comply with local requirements.
