作为【政府事务及市场准入副总监】， In this role, a typical day will include:

  • 搭建并加强与区域内政府主管部门及相关机构的沟通渠道，提升公司作为眼科领先企业的影响力，及时有效传递公司医疗器械/药品在卫生、医保、物价和集中采购等方面的政策建议。
  • 作为GAMA区域管理者，具备政策分析洞见能力，深刻了解掌握全国和区域卫生、医保、物价和集中采购等方面的政策，提供政策分析指导，提供政策建议，并为当地GAMA和业务团队组织政策培训 。
  • 作为区域GAMA 团队的负责人，评估与发掘相关业务潜力，为关键产品制定符合区域特性的准入策略，制订区域市场准入年度目标，并与区域、全国业务目标以及GAMA全国市场准入重点保持一致；带领团队与业务部门紧密合作，实施区域市场准入目标，整合资源以支持业务增长。
  • 建立并维护与区域内行业学/协会、大学等相关机构的外部合作平台，为行业和公司发展创造有益的政策环境。
  • 作为团队领导者，评估与发掘团队人员潜力，帮助团队提升业务能力，践行公司文化。
