  • Holistic category Private Brands sourcing strategy (Domestic + Direct Import)
  • Sourcing execution decisions and supplier awards
  • Supplier matrix ownership and risk mitigation
  • Cost outcomes within merchant‑defined guardrails
  • End‑to‑end program performance through production and shipment

  • Define and execute category‑level Private Brands sourcing strategies aligned to the 3–5 year category strategy.
  • Decide sourcing execution approach, including bid vs. negotiate and supplier selection.
