The department is comprised of multiple teams across various geographic locations that are focused on developing RF devices, modules, and integrated microwave assemblies. This role is crucial for driving innovation, ensuring the highest engineering standards, and maintaining seamless integration of RF engineering functions within Mercury Systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in RF and microwave technologies, proven leadership skills in a matrix organization, and a deep understanding of the aerospace and defense industry's unique challenges and requirements.
