Sr. Manager, Product

Position Summary: The Sr. Manager, Docking Product will lead the industrial dock equipment portfolio and be responsible for crafting and executing strategic product roadmaps, owns prioritization of all Docking product development initiatives and makes recommendations to advance, pause, or discontinue projects based on business value, customer validation, and resource alignment, with final decisions aligned with BU leadership, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring the entire product lifecycle aligns with market demands, business objectives and regulatory standards.
