Job Description
This position coordinates and manages the Planning Department and associated Planners and / or BOM Specialists. Provides training and monitors planning activities and metrics.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops and implements the company's production control functions including any of the following activities: production planning/coordination, shop scheduling and dispatching, material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking, material and labor variance controls, and manufacturing performance reporting. Ensure that S&OE and S&OP are sustained at the intended maturity level with adherence to the relevant weekly and monthly processes.
