Job Description: The Senior Manager is tasked with developing strategic engineering plans to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency, overseeing new product introductions (NPI), design transfers, and major projects while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing site engineering activities.
  • Initiating projects to improve operational capabilities.
  • Leading material localization efforts.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams for engineering support.
  • Guiding project teams in NPI and product transfers.
  • Driving yield improvements and cost reductions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.
  • At least 15 years of manufacturing engineering experience including 5 years in team management within a multinational manufacturing environment.
