Sr Manager Legal (Contracts)

This position will be responsible for taking care of PAN India Contract Management, including Contract Drafting Review & Negotiation, Contract Management System, and advisory, keeping in mind safeguarding the company's interests and reputation.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Contract Drafting Review & Negotiation:

Ensure contract execution activities are completed as per the timeline. Negotiate contracts, minimize risks, and maximize legal rights, contractual entitlements, and benefits. Anticipate issues and estimate risks strategically, and help the relevant department. Preparing the repository for existing legal contracts and documents, including assistance in executions.

Review of new contract for changes in Laws/compliance, if found, any gaps need to be implemented immediately. New contract template to be developed as per the Business requirements.
