Job Description
Critical Responsibilities (Must Have) Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) across Manufacturing, Operations, Warehouse, and Sales functions to identify skill gaps and development requirements. Design, plan, and implement annual training calendars aligned with business and operational objectives. Conduct and facilitate behavioral, technical, SOP, process, safety, productivity, and capability development training programs for shop floor employees and sales teams. Coordinate with HODs, Plant Heads, Sales Leaders, and HR teams to understand functional training requirements and execution priorities. Develop training modules, presentations, assessments, manuals, and learning materials based on operational and business needs. Ensure effective execution of induction, refresher, compliance, technical, and functional training programs across locations.
