The Sr. Manager of Operational Excellence leads Lean transformation across manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for building and sustaining a Lean Management System, driving cultural change, and embedding continuous improvement practices to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

• Facilitate Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and value stream mapping.
