POSITION SUMMARY: The Sr Manager – Employee Experience Communications will help advance and further integrate internal communications, employee events, employer brand, and talent communications into a more cohesive employee experience strategy. This role will support the continued evolution of the employee journey by strengthening alignment between workforce communications, organizational culture, and business priorities, while enhancing how our value proposition and employer brand are communicated across the employee lifecycle. This role requires a communications professional who can blend strategic storytelling with strong digital and analytical capabilities.
