Job Description
**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Sr Manager Corporate Development manages and oversees the complex corporate development transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure development projects, and divestitures of non-strategic assets. In addition, this role collaborates directly with functional and operations leaders to lead and develop local market growth strategy.
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Reviews business justification proposals and cash flow valuation models for acquisitions, divestitures, privatizations and internal development projects.
+ Prepares and presents financial and capital investment analysis for management of corporate development transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures of non-strategic assets, and infrastructure development projects.
