Serco is seeking a **Senior Finance Manager** to serve as key partner and report directly to the Director of Business Finance in overseeing the financial management of a $600M Operational Business Unit supporting complex Department of Defense programs. This role provides hands‑on leadership to a team of ~25 program finance professionals, ensuring high‑quality financial analysis, forecasting, compliance, and program execution support.
