What You'll Do
The position plays a key role within the organization by ensuring equipment reliability, assisting production teams, and contributing to overall quality and safety standards .Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures for all production equipment. Lead, coach, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers across electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical disciplines. Plan and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime. Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, optimize maintenance schedules, and reduce breakdowns. Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and installation of complex machinery and systems.
