  • Tech stack – IBM Mainframe: JCL, COBOL, SQL, DB2, Deep IMS knowledge, End ever, File-AID, CA-7
  • AI: Should be AI aware / GitHub Copilot/ VSCode
  • Designer skills: Should be able to independently analyze IMS Segments, create detailed design, lead junior developer, participate end to end field mapping, develop/ unit test and deploy code
