Commercial law

  • Independently provide legal advice to internal clients on commercial matters and serve as an important point of contact.
  • Draft and review contracts and other documents, including those for business transactions and daily operations.
  • Independently manage external counsels.
  • Collaborate closely with other in-house counsels to ensure cross-functional cooperation in all legal matters.
  • Work with in-house counsels in other countries/regions on special projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle legal proceedings and manage internal and external investigations as assigned.
  • Provide legal support for business development and other major deals and transactions as assigned.
  • Keep the legal team and internal clients updated on the latest legislative and judicial developments.
