Night Shift (US Time Zone Support)
Spectra Solutions is looking for an experienced and proactive IT Service L2/L3 Support Engineer with a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure support and Microsoft ecosystem administration. This role requires working in the night shift to support global clients (primarily US time zones). You will manage and support Azure-based environments, enterprise networks, end-user services, and collaboration platforms while ensuring high availability, security, and performance across IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide L2/L3 technical support for Azure infrastructure, servers, and cloud services.
• Manage and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
