About the Role
As a Senior IT Operations Analyst, you will be a key leader in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on technical expertise to manage our systems, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvement across our on-premise and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support for complex issues across servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure, leading incident response to meet and exceed SLAs.
