  • Gather information from respective process owners and document all pain points
  • Create gap analysis document that will help the team in the evaluation process for the applicable transformation project that fits the requirements and the goal of the process owner as well as the firm
  • Project Management functions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related courses
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in related field
  • Ability to facilitate, research, model and define requirements
  • Good understanding of business and technology
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Preferably Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
  • With good communication and problem-solving skills
