Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage Level 1 and Level 2 support for applications Diagnose and resolve application issues raised by users within defined SLAs Maintain documentation of common issues and solutions in the knowledge base Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for escalations and fixes Assist with software rollouts, upgrades, and patches Conduct training sessions for end-users when needed Monitor application performance and generate periodic health reports Location:
