1. Background ORG has established a formal Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance Framework and selected INFORMATICA as its strategic Master and Reference Data Management platform. The initial priority use cases: Customer (MDM) and Geography (RDM) – are foundational to ORG's operations, analytics, reporting, and external data exchange, and must be managed through a single, authoritative INFORMATICA platform aligned with ORG's governance standards. ORG is working with an implementation partner to deliver the initial INFORMATICA solution; however, ORG requires a senior, technically authoritative INFORMATICA MDM/RDM expert who will work closely with the partner to ensure these use cases are delivered within the project timeframe, and who will then take over full technical and business ownership of the platform, enabling ORG to operate, extend, and onboard additional use cases independently after partner exit. 2.
