  • Design the plan for each employee according to the position for on-boarding process for new hires or promoted employees into new roles, assuring the whole process will impact positively into the employee’s success in the company.

  • Ensures all employees have all the necessary tools for their job and access to the company ERP (SAP, oracle, VertivWeb, etc).

  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.

  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.

  • Recommend strategies to motivate employees and initiatives that promotes Vertiv´s Culture and Values.

  • Supports and coordinates employee development plans and performance management in alignment with the HRBP for the functional area.

  • Leads welfare activities in the country for all employees

  • Execute and manage all employee relations processes and procedures
