Sr HRIS Analyst, Time & Absence

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Team Lead with strong expertise in Workday HCM, Absence Management, and Time Tracking, along with exposure to Workday Payroll and other modules. The candidate will lead drive requirement gathering, configuration efforts, manage E2E testing, and having experience with country go-lives.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Leadership & Delivery

• Lead Workday HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking workstreams.

• Own solution design and alignment with global HR and Payroll processes.

• Conduct requirement gathering with country HRs.

Configuration & Technical Execution

• Perform hands-on configuration in HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking. Added advantage with Payroll experience.

• Having basis knowledge in other modules such as Benefits, Core Compensation, Recruiting, or Talent.
