We are looking for someone to join the HRIS team within the HR Process, Technology & Analytics organization at Suncor, reporting to the Manager HRIS. This Senior HRIS Advisor is responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance and optimization of Suncor’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system – Workday. As a Senior Advisor, this role will act as a subject matter expert, providing product leadership for our platform to ensure Workday delivers maximum value to Suncor. This position is ideal for an experienced Workday professional who enjoys balancing hands‑on system work with process improvement and stakeholder engagement.
