Job Description

Strategic Partnership and Business Alignment:

  • Partner with HR and business Leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for China R&D and above market.
  • Provide strategic consultation to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners on workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
  • Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and coordinate with onsite recruiters.
  • Monitor team delivery using reports, metrics, and KPIs to drive performance improvements; provide ongoing training and capability building to ensure team excellence.
  • Recruitment Program Implementation:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the recruitment and selection strategy for assigned business.
