Position Summary

:

Ensure the effective implementation of Human Resources policies, procedures, and tools, while overseeing the administration of the local Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and Internal Work Regulations (IWR), to maintain a stable and productive labor environment in alignment with the group’s established methodology and guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

  • Administer and ensure compliance with the annual training plan for indirect personnel (MOI).
  • Manage employee resignations and terminations.
  • Prepare and monitor HR metrics and KPI reports.
  • Coordinate and deliver onboarding programs for newly hired indirect personnel (MOI), and Induction process for labor personnel (MOD).
  • Promote and manage the recruitment and selection process for internal vacancies affecting direct labor personnel (MOD).
  • Recruit and follow up on administrative and professional vacancies.
