JOB SUMMARY:

To manage and ensure day-to-day operational standards are met in an assigned area of Human Resources sub-function such as Payroll and Timekeeping


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provides functional support in the assigned sub-function, including but not limited to:

• Payroll and Timekeeping

● Process and audits timekeeping data from eTime such as regular hours, overtime, night differentials, holidays and other premiums to accurately and efficiently administer payroll

● Assist HR Associate in doing audits and reconciliation prior the final report generation

● Respond to Associate inquiries via Salesforce system for payroll related inquiries

2. Special Projects

● Provides logistics/ administrative assistance in department organization wide programs and events

3. Personal Development
