**Job Description**
The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for providing a high level of operational Human Resource support to Prime's employees and leaders. This position is responsible for being the first-line point of contact to support the delivery of Human Resources solutions by partnering with all other functions within Human Resources.

+ Provide guidance and coaching, independently, to leaders on employee-relations and performance management issues of moderate complexity, escalating when necessary; lead the development and delivery of appropriate feedback, disciplinary action, recommendation or solution surrounding an issue
