Amazon’s PXT HR (HR4HR) organization is seeking a dynamic HR Leader to provide strategic and hands-on organizational support for the Amazon Talent Solutions (ATS) organization. We are seeking an experienced HR leader who will demonstrate a sharp understanding of the talent acquisition and workforce staffing business, strategize how the PXT organization supports the growth and development of the business, and who is driven by developing top talent, driving innovative thinking about how to support the organizations and leaders in scaling with growth.
To be successful in this role, you will help senior PXT leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations for innovative solutions as well as iterate on current mechanisms to improve performance, retention and the employee experience.
