Responsibilities
Provide professional HR administrative support to Supply Chain and HR leadership, delivering timely and accurate assistance.
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for all departments, including posting roles, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and supporting hiring managers.
Facilitate new hire onboarding, including conducting orientations and preparing/processing all required new hire paperwork.
Review and process candidate applications to ensure they meet minimum hiring standards, escalating exceptions as needed.
Maintain accurate applicant tracking, including entering, updating, and processing applicant information in HR systems.
Communicate regularly with candidates regarding the status of their application, including requests for additional information, verification updates, and final decisions (approval/denial).
