Overall responsibilities and accountable for full spectrum of HR management of organization inclusive of manpower planning and recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, employee services and healthcare, industrial relations, employee performance management, training & development, government liaison, HRIS system and development and maintaining and reviewing of Human Resource policies and procedures and etc.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a human resource information system that meets the organization's human resource information needs.
  • Supervise HR department staff and ensure all documentation is properly maintained and readily available for reference.
  • Carry out comparative studies on industrial practices, monitoring employment market trends to justify a fair, competitive salary and benefits for staff.
  • Handle annual review, preparation and administration of the organization's wage and salary program.
