Operations Manager Location: Mumbai

Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our esteemed hotel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel operations, demonstrating strong leadership and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:
Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in hotel operations.
At least 3–5 years in a managerial role (e.g., Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS).
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic computer hardware/software troubleshooting skills.
